The Cumberland Rover Crooked Creek Skiff is a pocket sized sail and oar skiff designed for use on protected inland waters. Her capabilities have been tested and proven through countless outings featured on the Cumberland Rover YouTube channel. Patterned after small flat iron skiffs of the 19th century, she’s simple to construct using common materials.

There are two ways to complete the Crooked Creek Skiff.Builders may choose the Original, single plank version, or the High Bow, double plank version. The High Bow option raises the bow 5 1/2 inches and the sides 2 inches near midship. If you’re uncertain which to build, go with the high bow version.

Weight capacity is a conservative estimate. Your build may vary. This design can carry two adults in rowing mode.
